At Electric Orange Creative, I spearheaded the creation of the Paid/SEM division from scratch, positioning it as a key driver of client revenue growth. As the first head of Paid Media, I not only built the department but also played a pivotal role in scaling the company, growing it from 4 to 5 employees initially and laying the foundation for the company’s growth into a 15-employee agency with big-name clients like Shopify Plus, Netflix, and Bowlero. I helped transition Electric Orange into a full-service digital marketing agency, offering expertise across SEO, content strategy, paid digital campaigns, and holistic media solutions.

At Electric Orange Creative, I focused on creating efficient, adaptable strategies that combined SEO and Paid Media. My goal was to maximize ROI and streamline campaign performance through data-driven methods. I used remarketing, prospecting, and SEO integration to help clients achieve strong growth.
I also built and mentored a team of entry-level marketers, ensuring they could analyze and report on campaigns effectively. This helped the agency scale as we took on more clients.
A big part of my role was aligning SEO with paid efforts. I worked with content and development teams to improve client websites, boost organic rankings, and ensure Google Ads and Facebook Ads worked together for better results.

Paid Division and Team Growth: I established and led Electric Orange Creative’s Paid Media division, transforming it into a key service offering. I recruited and mentored a high-performing team, creating a scalable model for the company’s paid media services. Under my leadership, we developed key performance indicators and streamlined processes for campaign execution, allowing the company to grow and attract high-profile clients.
Client Campaign Success: I managed and executed highly effective multi-channel campaigns for clients like Maude, Starface, and USM. For example, I helped USM achieve a 134% ROAS on programmatic retargeting campaigns while increasing their overall organic traffic by 10% month-over-month.
For Maude, I delivered a top-line ROAS of 340% by combining aggressive prospecting and retargeting efforts, and for Starface, we saw a 38% increase in add-to-cart rates and a 46% boost in conversion rates.
SEO and Paid Media Integration: I was instrumental in combining SEO and Paid Media strategies for clients, resulting in holistic growth across organic and paid channels. For Maude, organic traffic increased by 39%, while organic revenue grew by 191%. This cohesive approach helped amplify campaign performance, creating sustainable long-term growth for clients.
