At Songtrust, I led the marketing team through the pandemic and overhauled our website, including personally building half of it. I also directed the rebranding efforts and doubled the size of our marketing team. My focus on data-driven strategies boosted user engagement and improved conversion rates, driving significant growth in registrations and overall channel performance.

At Songtrust, my approach was rooted in adaptability, strategic execution, and a structured process. I utilized AGILE methodologies and Kanban boards to ensure our marketing initiatives remained flexible and responsive to changing conditions. I led the marketing team through the pandemic, navigating unprecedented challenges while spearheading a major website overhaul. Personally, I developed half of the site, ensuring it met new standards of functionality and design. This project involved close collaboration with design and development teams, rigorous testing, and iterative improvements based on user feedback.
In addition to the website overhaul, I directed a comprehensive rebranding effort. This included establishing a new brand voice, tone, and anthem, and leading the creation and production of visual assets such as logos, packaging, and promotional content. My focus was on aligning brand visuals with strategic goals and ensuring consistency across all channels.
