ContextIn-house leadership

Content strategy, brand stewardship, and growth work for a skilled-labor platform built specifically for construction.

My place in the work

Skillit brought my construction-sector focus and growth background together. I worked inside the brand system to translate its respect for skilled labor into content that could serve workers, contractors, and the acquisition engine at the same time.

The challenge

The category needed more than recruiting language. Skillit had to speak credibly to craft workers and major contractors while protecting a brand rooted in respect, precision, ambition, and durability.

The work

What the system
needed to do.

  1. 01

Led content strategy across distinct worker and employer audiences.

  2. 02

Translated the brand principles into practical campaign, editorial, and review tools.

  3. 03

Built stories around real construction work, workforce needs, and the people behind the labor.

  4. 04

Aligned content production with search, acquisition, engagement, and company growth priorities.

The system

Built to keep
working.

Brand principles became a practical editorial filter. Every piece of content had to respect the work, serve a real audience need, and support a measurable growth path.
